2011-2012 Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities

For the prospective Vocal Alchemy supporter:

Originally formed in 2002, the choir has grown greatly in the last few seasons, and so have our audiences. Numbering about 80 singers, we are professionally conducted and accompanied, and collaborate in concert with great local musicians.

As a non-profit society, one way we fund our activities is through the sale of advertising in our concert programs. We’d like you to consider advertising with us or, for those interested in something more, we’d invite you to consider becoming a sponsor of Vocal Alchemy, which in addition to program advertising, provides logo placement on our website and publicity materials, mentions in our outgoing advertising, concert tickets and other considerations.  Sponsorship opportunities are available at three levels starting at $250.

November 2011: We are pleased to announce our 2011-2012 Season Sponsors (below)!

January 2012: We are still seeking a Concert Sponsor for our May 2012 concert, and 2 or more Artist Sponsors for February and May of 2012.

Here are our rates for regular advertising in our concert programs:

Business card-size: $40.
Half-page: $60.
Full-page: $100.

Programs are beautifully designed and professionally printed, and produced for three concerts per year (past programs are available on request). Recent audiences have numbered over 500 per production, and the numbers are steadily increasing. Businesses purchasing ads for the full season will receive concert tickets as a thank-you.
