The mission of Vocal Alchemy is to have people discover and grow in appreciation of choral singing and choral music through singing in the choir or attending out concerts. Find out more.
VA Members and prospective members: Rehearsals begin on Tuesday, September 7, 7:00-9:15 pm at St. Andrew’s United Church!
As participants, we also have a great time getting to know each other, rehearsing music every week, honing our musical skills, and sharing our love of singing in concert. We are professionally conducted and accompanied, and enrich our concerts through collaboration with excellent local musicians.
Join us! Membership in Vocal Alchemy involves:
- a top notch choral experience participating in a diverse and welcoming group of people
- musical education as we learn more about choral music, the history of music, vocal technique, performance experience, etc.
- participation in 3 main concerts per season plus a number of additional opportunities to take part in workshops, retreats, clinics, etc.
